Dry Bulk Fertilizer

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a supplier to provide Dry Bulk Fertilizer. The fertilizer should meet the specified requirements, including a minimum of 50% slow-release material for nitrogen and potassium. The material will be delivered to the Picos Road farm in a 20-ton fertilizer dump trailer. The contract will be awarded based on the best value to the Government, considering factors such as price, technical acceptability, and past performance. • The fertilizer should have a formula of 12-3-14 2 Mg. • The material should be delivered within 30 days of the award date. • The contractor should provide pricing for all items. • The Government reserves the right to terminate the contract for default if the contractor fails to comply with the terms and conditions.
