Downtown Sewer Lining

The City of Salisbury is seeking a contractor to perform UV‑cured in‑place pipe (CIPP) lining of approximately 5,000 ft of existing downtown sanitary sewer mains. The work includes pre‑lining cleaning, CCTV inspections, mechanical milling, point‑repairs, bypass pumping, lateral reinstatement, traffic control, and post‑rehabilitation CCTV verification, with a required start within 14 days of the Notice to Proceed and substantial completion within 60 days. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and requires a 5 % bid bond, 100 % performance and payment bonds, and appropriate insurance. • Full UV‑CIPP installation per ASTM F1216/F2019, including curing, end seals, and test coupons. • Pre‑line cleaning (high‑pressure water‑jet), CCTV inspections, mechanical milling, and point‑repair (compression sleeves, grout injection, or CIPP patches). • Bypass pumping, lateral reinstatement, traffic‑control planning, and final post‑rehab CCTV inspection with as‑built documentation.
