Sharon Housing Trust (SHT) is soliciting qualified contractors to provide comprehensive exterior renovation services for three adjacent multifamily buildings located at 91, 93, and 95 North Main Street in Sharon, Connecticut. The scope includes removal and replacement of all existing windows, siding, exterior trim, six front apartment doors, a basement door, porch work, and building modifications, as well as painting of the exterior. An optional alternate includes construction of front entry steps and installation of a Bilco door with an areaway foundation at 93 North Main Street.
