Local + Long Distance Telecommunications - Notice of Intent to Sole Source

The United States Air Force intends to award a sole-source contract to Lumen Technologies Government Solutions, Inc. for long-distance and local telecommunication services at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana. The current contract with Lumen is expiring, and the Air Force wants to consolidate both local and long-distance requirements under a single contract. The new contract will have a five-year ordering period from 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2031.
