Description:
The Air Force Research Laboratory is soliciting proposals for the research, development, and transition of advanced electronic warfare (EW) technologies. The objective of the Kaiju program is to ensure future dominance of the US and its allied nations within the electro-magnetic spectrum (EMS) across all domains. The program will encompass various technical areas, including data collection, artificial intelligence, machine learning, modeling and simulation, algorithm design and development, hardware development, testing, and analysis. • The BAA is open for calls until 12 May 2027. • Multiple awards are anticipated, with a total estimated program value of $300,000,000. • The Air Force reserves the right to award various contract types, including Cost Plus Fixed Fee contracts. • Proposals will be reviewed based on technical and cost criteria, with an emphasis on innovative approaches and affordability. • The Government encourages dialogue between prospective offerors and Government representatives until the call is issued.
