Beyond the Bench 2027 (Full Conference)

The Judicial Council of California is seeking a full‑service hotel/conference‑center to host the “Beyond the Bench 2027” conference. The contractor must provide a block of sleeping rooms, meeting and function spaces, food‑and‑beverage services, parking, Wi‑Fi, and ancillary support for a multi‑day, roughly 1,250‑person conference in Southern California. The solicitation includes strict budget caps for room rates, meeting‑room rental, and per‑person meal costs, and requires a suite of certifications and compliance documentation.
