Description

The City of Tulsa is seeking vendors to supply solar‑powered LED lighting units for parks, cultural sites, and recreation facilities. The contract is a one‑year “annual” agreement with the possibility of up to four additional one‑year renewals. Vendors must deliver fully assembled, IP66‑rated luminaires (80 W and 120 W models) complete with LiFePo₄ batteries, integrated drivers, and optional pole/panel kits, all with an eight‑year parts‑and‑labor warranty on batteries and drivers. Bids are sealed paper submissions only; the lowest responsive, “secure” bid will be preferred.

Budget estimate

$100,000 – $120,000

The bid summary shows vendor‑specific “TOTAL EXTENDED COST NOT TO EXCEED” limits ranging from roughly $36 k to $118 k. Assuming a competitive bid near the upper limit for a full‑scale award, the contract value would likely fall between $100,000 and $120,000. This estimate reflects the quantity of fixtures (≈ 52 units total), associated batteries, drivers, pole/panel kits, and freight, as well as the eight‑year warranty cost.
