The Pease Development Authority (PDA) is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide comprehensive management services for Foreign‑Trade Zone (FTZ) 81 in New Hampshire. The contractor will act as the primary liaison for ASF (Alternative Site Framework) applications, guide prospective FTZ users through the designation process, conduct two training seminars, support the annual FTZ reporting, and handle any additional administrative tasks required to maintain the zone’s compliance and operational effectiveness. • Guide and review Alternative Site Framework (ASF) applications for New Hampshire companies, monitoring status with the FTZ Board. • Deliver two full‑day training seminars (or a multi‑day format) for prospective FTZ users within the state. • Assist PDA in preparing the Grantee Annual FTZ Report and provide ongoing administrative support (e.g., filing Zone Operator applications, responding to FTZB inquiries). • Maintain compliance with insurance, indemnification, and non‑collusion certifications while adhering to the three‑year contract term (with optional one‑year extensions).
