The McAllen Independent School District is seeking proposals for fine arts equipment, supplies, and other related products and services. The district invites interested respondents to submit their proposals electronically through IonWave. The proposal should include all necessary details and information as specified in the solicitation.
• The district prefers electronic submissions through IonWave.
• Facsimile transmittals and emailed submittals will not be accepted.
• Any questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted through the "Questions" option on the IonWave website.
• Proposers are not allowed to discuss this RFP with district employees or members of the Board of Trustees.
• Failure to abide by this requirement will result in automatic disqualification at the discretion of the district.
