The Idaho Department of Labor is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for its Post Falls local office building (approximately 17,837 sq ft). Services include daily after‑hours cleaning, weekly and monthly detailed tasks, bi‑monthly exterior window cleaning, quarterly fixture dusting, and annual deep‑cleaning of carpets and upholstery. The contractor must supply all cleaning equipment, chemicals, and personnel, and must operate between 5 pm – 11 pm, Monday‑Friday, excluding state holidays.
