AGR-Budget and Fiscal-Credit Card Services

The State of Illinois is seeking bids for credit card services. The contract will be for a period of time, possibly up to a year, and will involve various fees, including an administrative and set-up fee, a set-up fee per user account, an annual fee per account, foreign fees per account, and a lost card replacement fee. The bidder must submit their bid through BidBuy and must comply with the instructions and requirements outlined in the solicitation. The State reserves the right to amend the solicitation, reject any or all bids, and waive minor defects. • The bid must include all required documents and information, including a vendor disclosure or IPG active registered vendor disclosure, an offer to the state of Illinois, and a contract. • The bidder must submit their bid through BidBuy and must allow adequate time to complete and submit their response. • The State will evaluate the bids based on the lowest price and will award the contract to the responsive and responsible bidder. • The contract will be governed by Illinois law and will include standard terms and conditions and standard Illinois certifications.
