Description
The El Paso County 65th District Family Drug Court and Juvenile Probation Department is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive substance‑abuse counseling services to court participants. The contract will be for an initial three‑year period (with two optional one‑year renewals) and requires licensed counselors to deliver 16 individual and 16 group sessions per participant, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide weekly progress reports, and attend court staffing meetings. Vendors must demonstrate at least five years of behavioral‑health experience, have staff licensed in Texas, and be capable of serving a culturally diverse population.
