Lindenwold Board of Education – Request for Proposal (RFP) for Bilingual Psychological & Psycho‑educational Evaluations (Spanish)

The Lindenwold Board of Education is seeking a qualified provider to deliver bilingual (Spanish‑English) psychological and psycho‑educational evaluations for K‑12 students whose dominant language is Spanish. The contractor will conduct assessments, prepare bilingual reports, and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings, all within the New Jersey special‑education timelines. The work is performed on a flat‑fee‑per‑evaluation basis for a one‑year contract period (July 2026 – June 2027). • Conduct comprehensive bilingual assessments (cognitive, academic, social‑emotional, adaptive) using NJDOE‑approved tools. • Deliver written reports in English and, when required, Spanish, including eligibility recommendations and instructional suggestions. • Participate in Child Study Team, eligibility, and IEP meetings (in‑person or virtual) and collaborate with district staff. • Maintain FERPA confidentiality, complete evaluations within 90 days of parental consent, and provide translation/interpretation support as needed.
