RFP No. 25272000 – HSIP: Anchorage Flashing Yellow Arrow and Signal Head Display Improvements, Appraisal, Acquisition and Relocation Services

The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities is seeking a contractor to provide right of way appraisal, acquisition, and relocation services for the Anchorage Flashing Yellow Arrow and Signal Head Display Improvements project. The contractor will be responsible for providing these services in accordance with the Uniform Relocation and Real Property Acquisition Act and the Department's Right of Way Manual. The estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately September 2026 to February 2029. The cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $500,000 to $1,000,000.
