eMentor Foreign Language Course Instructors

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide live, synchronous, instructor-led foreign language instruction based on the Government-provided curriculum, syllabi, and assessment rubrics. The contractor must demonstrate immediate capability to staff instructors for all PWS-defined Priority One languages at contract start. The contractor must also provide a PWS-compliant Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) platform that meets all minimum technical and security specifications. • The contractor must operate within the Government's LEaDeR-centric framework, using LEaDeR as the system of record and serving as a data provider to that system without imposing additional technical burdens. • The contractor must provide instructional delivery tailored to the professional needs of LEAP Scholars. • The contractor must provide surge support on an as-needed basis.
