The Cherokee County Board of Commissioners Purchasing Department is requesting competitive sealed proposals to manage its Multisystemic Therapy (MST) program for juvenile justice. The program aims to provide evidence-based, community-based alternatives to incarceration for youth involved in the juvenile justice system. The selected contractor will be responsible for managing the program, overseeing service delivery, and ensuring fidelity to the MST model. The contract will be for an initial term of one year, with the option to renew for four additional one-year terms, subject to annual appropriation and continued grant funding.
