Rental/lease a Cold and frozen storage

The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking a vendor to provide cold and frozen storage solutions. The requirement is for a Firm Fixed Price contract for the rental of Cold (Refrigerator Box) and Frozen Storage (Freezer Box) in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The storage solutions must meet specific technical requirements, including size, temperature rating, and safety features. The vendor will be responsible for delivering, installing, and maintaining the equipment. The contract will be for a base period of 52 weeks, with options to extend for up to two additional years. • The storage solutions must be 20ft x 8ft in size • The cold storage solution must have a temperature rating of 38 degrees F • The frozen storage solution must have a temperature rating of 0 degrees F • The storage solutions must have interior emergency safety releases and interior lights • The vendor must provide monthly maintenance and repair services • The vendor must deliver the equipment to the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard and install it in a fully-charged, fully-assembled, and ready-to-use condition
