Custodial and Janitorial Services for Defense Information Systems Agency Pacific (DISA PAC), Building 77

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking sources for custodial and janitorial services for DISA Pacific (PAC) Building 77, located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. The contractor will provide routine daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual cleaning services to maintain facility cleanliness, sanitation, and operational readiness. The estimated square footage of the building to be serviced is approximately 54,300 square feet, including administrative office spaces, restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, stairwells, and common areas. * Key services include: • Trash removal • Restroom cleaning and sanitation • Floor maintenance (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming) • Breakroom and kitchen cleaning • Periodic deep cleaning services • Cleaning of high-touch surfaces • Window and glass cleaning • Spot cleaning of walls, doors, and partitions • Carpet shampooing and extraction • Floor stripping and waxing * The contractor must have a Secret Facility Clearance and provide personnel with the necessary clearances to perform the work. * The period of performance is one base year with four one-year option periods. * The contractor will be required to provide a quality control program to ensure all services are performed in accordance with the requirements of the contract.
