Oil & Lubricants for Fleet Vehicles and Heavy Equipment

The City of Waycross is soliciting sealed price quotations for the annual supply of oils and lubricants for use in municipal fleet vehicles and heavy equipment. This will be a requirements-based contract. The contract term will be from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with the option to renew annually for up to four additional one-year terms. The city is looking for a vendor to provide oils and lubricants, including 15W-40 engine oil, AW-46 hydraulic oil, and 0W-20 Dexos full synthetic oil. The vendor will be responsible for delivery, spill prevention, and cleanup. • The city reserves the right to award by line item or in total, whichever is in the best interest of the city. • All pricing shall include delivery. • No minimum purchase is guaranteed. • The vendor must provide pumping equipment for bulk delivery. • The vendor must provide a drug-free workplace certification and an E-Verify affidavit.
