Request for Proposals City Vehicles

The City of North Platte Municipal Light and Water is seeking bids for multiple vehicles, all of which will be the color white. The city has provided specifications for the vehicles, including a 2026, 3/4-Ton 4x4 Crew Cab Long Bed Diesel Pickup with Utility Box. The intended application for this vehicle is for use by the City of North Platte Electric Department. Bidders must comply with the provided specifications, and any exceptions or variances must be stated in the bid. • The vehicle must have an automatic transmission, 6.0 L Diesel motor minimum, electric 4x4, AM/FM radio, air conditioning, leather seats, electric windows, electric door locks, cruise control, center console, factory tinted windows, crew cab, tow package, receiver hitch, long bed, utility box, and back up camera. • The vehicle must come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty and 60-month powertrain warranty with a service and repair facility within 100 miles of North Platte.
