AVGAS for 2026 Offutt Air Show (with storage truck)

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide aviation gasoline (AVGAS) and related services, including delivery and storage truck rental, for the 2026 Offutt Air Show. The contractor will be required to provide 4,600 gallons of AVGAS, as well as labor for refueling operations, over a period of four days (6-9 August 2026). The contractor must also ensure that any excess fuel is removed from the installation after the final refueling on 9 August 2026. • The contractor must provide a plan describing how they will meet the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). • The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and personnel to complete the project. • The contractor must ensure that all work is completed in accordance with the SOW and any applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation. • The contractor must submit one electronic copy of the completed pricing in accordance with the CLIN structure of this solicitation.
