The U.S. Embassy in Accra is seeking a qualified insurance provider to deliver comprehensive health‑insurance coverage for locally employed (LE) staff and their eligible dependents. The contract will be a fixed‑price, economic‑price‑adjustment arrangement with a one‑year base period and up to four one‑year renewal options (potential total of five years). The award will be made to the lowest‑priced, technically acceptable offer; discussions are not anticipated unless a competitive range issue arises. Offerors must be registered in SAM, provide required certifications (SF‑33, IRS Form W‑14, etc.), and demonstrate licensing/authorization to sell health insurance in Ghana.
