Soccer Camps and Programs

The City of Bellevue is seeking a contractor to provide soccer day camps and programs for youth of all abilities at City facilities. The contractor will work with the City's Youth Health Fitness full-time staff to offer day camps and classes on select dates and timelines. The contractor will be responsible for supervising and leading the programs onsite, following City policies and procedures, and ensuring participant safety. The contract term is 5 years. Key responsibilities include providing program description write-ups, setting up and taking down the class/camp facility space, and ensuring instructors have essential training to deliver the program services. • The contractor must comply with the City's equal opportunity requirements and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. • The contractor must provide a written statement to all new employees and subcontractors indicating its commitment as an equal opportunity employer. • The contractor must consider all eligible employees for promotion or advancement when promotion or advancement opportunities have existed. • The contractor must obtain from its subcontractors and submit upon request, an Affidavit of Equal Opportunity Compliance as required by the City. • The contractor must provide supervision at all times and do headcounts frequently, and maintain supervision during transition times between program spaces.
