Testing, Abatement, Demolition, Disposal, and Site Leveling Services

The Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians are seeking a qualified contractor to provide turnkey testing, abatement, demolition, disposal, and site leveling services for structures within the River Bend / SW Ferry Avenue project area in Siletz, Oregon. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, transportation, disposal, notifications, permits, and incidentals necessary to complete the work. The project includes demolition-related services for approximately seven buildings, hazardous materials testing and abatement, utility verification and disconnection, and site restoration. • The contractor must demonstrate experience in demolition, abatement, and site restoration. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and tribal laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a detailed schedule and work plan. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and bonding. • The contractor must comply with Indian preference requirements.
