Blanket Purchase Agreement for Plumbing Fixtures and Accessories

The U.S. Embassy Brussels is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with qualified vendors to supply plumbing fixtures and accessories. The BPA is a non-contractual arrangement whereby the government agrees to make purchases relating to this particular requirement with the same vendor/s over a period of three years. The estimated total value of this BPA is €33,000.00 ($38,823.53), and any individual order shall not exceed €2,500 ($2,910.36). The vendor will supply a wide range of plumbing fixtures and accessories, including but not limited to faucets, sinks, pipes, valves, drains, fittings, and water filtration systems. • Supplies and equipment must meet the agreed-upon quality and industry safety standards. • Vendor performance will be reviewed based on timely deliveries, quality of materials, and responsiveness to issues or requests. • The vendor must have a physical store located within 35 kilometers of Brussels. • The period of performance is from February 01, 2026, to January 31, 2029.
