Description
Gwinnett County is seeking a qualified vendor to provide end‑to‑end 1099 processing services on an annual basis, with up to four renewal options. The contractor must ingest Oracle‑generated 1099 data, generate IRS‑compliant forms (1099‑MISC, 1099‑NEC, 1099‑S), handle printing, mailing, electronic delivery, B‑Notice management, TIN matching, corrections, and provide a secure recipient portal for at least three years. Implementation must begin immediately after award and be fully operational by December 1 2026. The county will pay monthly for services and may pre‑pay postage. Insurance, security (IRS Pub 1075), and data‑privacy standards are mandatory.
