Event Management Platform

The Maryland Center for School Safety (MCSS) seeks a qualified contractor to deliver a fully operational, customizable SaaS event management platform for its annual School Safety Conference (≈1,000 attendees) and related activities. The platform must support registration, kiosk check‑in, badge printing, agenda management, speaker and exhibitor profiles, surveys, continuing‑education tracking, reporting, and optional art‑showcase integration. The contractor will also provide 24/7 technical support, training, and all necessary hardware (kiosks, printers, supplies) and must maintain the system for at least 12 months post‑event. The contract is a three‑year base period with two one‑year optional extensions, and the State expects a firm‑fixed‑price arrangement.
