Intent to Establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Medical Examination Services, U.S. Embassy Kuwait

The U.S. Embassy Kuwait intends to establish one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with qualified local medical providers to furnish occupational medical examinations, laboratory testing, diagnostic imaging, and related healthcare services for Embassy personnel and applicants. The agreement(s) may span a performance period of up to five years, with a total estimated value not to exceed $350,000. Interested vendors are invited to submit capability statements and documentation demonstrating their qualifications. The required services include medical examinations, laboratory testing, and diagnostic imaging. • License: The Contractor shall possess and maintain a valid Commercial Registration and all applicable licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals required to operate in the State of Kuwait. • Capability statement: The Contractor shall provide a capability statement demonstrating their qualifications, experience, resources, and ability to successfully perform the required services. • Price table: The Contractor shall complete the attached price table by providing unit prices for each listed service.
