Natural Gas Supply

Belknap County is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide natural gas supply services for various County-owned facilities. The contract will be for either a three-year or five-year term, commencing on January 1, 2026. The selected supplier will provide third-party natural gas supply, offer fixed pricing, monitor market conditions, and provide monthly usage and billing reports. The County used 13,331 Dth of natural gas in 2023 and 13,316 Dth in 2024. Key requirements include: • Providing natural gas supply with uninterrupted service • Offering fixed pricing for the duration of the selected term • Monitoring market conditions and advising the County on opportunities to optimize energy costs • Providing monthly usage and billing reports • Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations • Submitting a cover letter, company profile, pricing proposal, past experience and references, and customer support and account management plan
