Business Finance Modernization Consultant

The State of Oregon, acting by and through the Oregon Business Development Department, is seeking a consultant to evaluate the effectiveness of the Agency's current lending programs and make recommendations to modernize them to meet current business needs and support economic development. The project will consist of specific work products and deliverables as well as ongoing, interactive, and iterative advisory work with and at the direction of Agency officials on multiple topics. Key aspects of the job include: • Evaluating the effectiveness of the Agency's current lending programs • Making recommendations to modernize the lending programs • Providing ongoing advisory services and deliverables • Working with Agency officials on multiple topics The Agency's proposed budget for this RFP is $60,000, and the contract is expected to have an end date of December 31, 2026.
