California DMV is seeking a small‑business contractor to provide comprehensive after‑hours janitorial services for its Sacramento Florin Industry Business Center field office for a three‑year term. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, and supplies, follow a detailed cleaning schedule (daily, weekly, quarterly, etc.), maintain weekly logs, and comply with wage, insurance, and security requirements. The work is performed outside normal DMV business hours, with mandatory pre‑bid attendance and strict submission deadlines.
• Perform daily after‑hours cleaning of high‑touch surfaces, restrooms, and all interior spaces, completing work at least one hour before the next business day opens.
