The bid must include the vehicle's make, model, year, and trim, as well as its current odometer reading and any safety features. • The vehicle must have a minimum of 5 passenger seats and be equipped with ABS, Electronic Stability Control/Traction Control, and TPMS. • The vehicle must have a rearview camera, and the bidder must disclose any open recalls. • The bidder must provide a list of any personal relatives or employees who are currently employed by Spokane County and may benefit from the contract. • The contract will be awarded to the bidder who provides the best value to the County, based on factors such as price, vehicle condition, and warranty.
