The District of Columbia Behavioral Health agency is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive mental health management services for a FY26 Supportive Rehabilitative Residence. The scope includes 24/7 operations, facility maintenance, nursing care, food service, and related support functions to ensure continuous, high‑quality care for residents. • Provide full‑time mental health and nursing staff to operate the residence. • Manage all facility maintenance, housekeeping, and food service operations on a 24‑hour basis. • Oversee program administration, resident services, and compliance with health‑care regulations. • Deliver integrated behavioral health services, including therapy, case management, and crisis intervention. • Ensure continuous readiness and response capability for emergent resident needs.
