24 Small UAS kits and 3D print files

The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide 24 small Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) kits and 3D print files to support the Regional Training Institute (RTI) in Oregon. The UAS kits should have a modular design, be capable of tool-less replacement or reconfiguration in 1 minute or less, and have a flight time of at least 30 minutes. The kits should also include a ground control station, a camera sensor, and a means of controlling external payloads and attachments. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary components, including flight controllers, radios, and operating software, and ensure that critical components are NDAA compliant. The contractor will also be required to provide 3D print files for the airframe, assembly and operation instructions, and synchronization instructions for use with the ground control stations. Key features of the UAS kits include: • Modular design with tool-less replacement or reconfiguration in 1 minute or less • Flight time of at least 30 minutes • Ground control station with a touch screen and battery life of at least 2 hours • Camera sensor with a resolution of at least 11.9MP and a horizontal field of view of at least 66 degrees • Means of controlling external payloads and attachments • NDAA compliant critical components • 3D print files for the airframe • Assembly and operation instructions • Synchronization instructions for use with the ground control stations
