Mohawk Sports Complex Management Services

The City of Tulsa is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive management, operations, and maintenance services for the Mohawk Sports Complex, a 17‑field soccer facility. The contractor will be responsible for day‑to‑day operations, scheduling tournaments and leagues, staffing, marketing, revenue collection, facility upkeep, security, and compliance with all applicable regulations. The award will be a five‑year contract with optional three additional five‑year renewals, and the firm must meet stringent insurance and bonding requirements. • Operate and staff the complex, including security, janitorial, and event personnel. • Perform full utilities management and extensive building/field maintenance. • Generate revenue through rentals, concessions, parking, and sponsorships while sharing profit with the City. • Provide detailed emergency action plans, background checks, and comply with Oklahoma statutes. • Carry required insurance coverage and a $1 M performance bond.
