Youth Program Management Services RFP

The Township of Evesham is seeking a qualified vendor to manage its comprehensive youth‑sports program for ages 4‑19. The vendor will be responsible for all aspects of program administration—including planning, scheduling, registration, coach and volunteer coordination, equipment management, facility usage, safety oversight, and communications—across a wide menu of sports (e.g., baseball, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, wrestling, etc.). The contract runs for an initial two‑year term with renewal options based on performance. Compensation is largely fee‑based (per‑athlete registration fees, tournament hosting fees, and a capped in‑kind contribution), with no disclosed fixed contract dollar amount.
