The University of North Dakota is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive, healthcare‑grade janitorial services for the 25,379 sq ft Minot Center for Family Medicine. Services must be performed after regular business hours, Monday‑through‑Friday, and must meet CDC infection‑control standards, maintain a minimum 95 % performance score, and correct any deficiencies within 24 hours.
