Leadership Research Assistant Support Services

The Washington Headquarters Services (WHS)/ Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) is seeking proposals for Leadership Research Assistant Support Services. The selected vendor will be required to perform tasks as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The solicitation is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns under NAICS code 541720. The Government intends to award a single award contract to the responsible Offeror that submits the offer that is most advantageous to the Government. • The vendor must comply with the instructions for proposal format and content. • The vendor must submit documentation illustrating its approach for satisfying the requirements of this solicitation. • The vendor must address all aspects of this solicitation and include its approach to performing and satisfying the requirements specified in the PWS.
