Request For Proposal: Water Treatment Plant Bulk Chemicals

The City of Grants Pass is requesting proposals for the supply and delivery of treatment plant bulk chemicals, including sodium hypochlorite and liquid aluminum sulfate, for use in the City's water treatment facility. The selected proposer will be expected to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to deliver the chemicals to the treatment plant. The proposer must also comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities or discrepancies in a proposal. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing bulk chemicals, including sodium hypochlorite and liquid aluminum sulfate • Delivering chemicals to the City's water treatment facility • Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards • Providing a cost proposal for the chemicals • Maintaining liability insurance with a minimum single limit liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence and aggregate coverage of $2,000,000
