WSRMP: Investment Proposal

The Washington Schools Risk Management Pool (WSRMP) is seeking a qualified investment firm to provide investment services for a three-year term, with an option for two additional single-year terms. The selected firm will be responsible for investing WSRMP's portfolio pursuant to the approved investment policy and cash flow needs. The firm must have at least five years of experience as a licensed investment advisor and provide a list of at least five public entity clients, including at least one property and/or casualty self-insurance pool. The firm must also carry appropriate business insurance, including a $5,000,000 minimum limit of Professional Liability. • The firm must provide investment of funds, written and oral reports, and evaluation of investment policy. • The firm must have a minimum of five years of experience with public entities and public entity pooling. • The firm must provide a list of at least five public entity clients. • The firm must carry appropriate business insurance, including a $5,000,000 minimum limit of Professional Liability. • The firm must provide a copy of their fee schedule and indicate whether there is a minimal annual fee.
