Request for Quotes-Formal (RFQF) Reverse Auction for Reusable Refrigerated Clinical Specimen Shippers

The Mississippi State Department of Health is seeking a vendor to provide 200 reusable refrigerated clinical specimen shippers. The shippers must be able to maintain a temperature range of 2°C to 8°C for at least 65 hours, be durable, and meet regulatory compliance for specimen transport. The vendor must provide a quote, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder meeting specifications. • The shippers must use phase change material (PCM) that does not require a buffer between the payload and the PCM for direct contact cooling. • The shipper must be rigid and durable, meeting or exceeding the Biological Substance Category B Packaging Drop Test requirements. • The shipper must be designed for component replaceability, product reusability, and sanitation to support long-term use. • The shipper must be easy to handle, weigh no more than 12 pounds, and have exterior dimensions not exceeding 12" W x 12" D x 12" H.
