Respiratory Equipment, Supplies and Oxygen

The Montana Department of Corrections is seeking qualified vendors to supply respiratory equipment—including CPAP/BiPAP units—related medical supplies, and medical‑grade oxygen, and to provide associated maintenance and quality‑control services for its correctional facilities. The contract will be a lump‑sum award covering four locations (Montana State Prison, Riverside Correctional Facility, Montana Women’s Prison, and Pine Hills Correctional Facility) with a requirement for scheduled testing, preventive maintenance, and supply replenishment in accordance with Medicaid guidelines. • Provide CPAP/BiPAP equipment, respiratory devices, and oxygen for inmate health care. • Perform regular safety and performance checks, preventive maintenance, and replace consumables as needed. • Deliver all equipment and services to the primary site (Montana State Prison) and, as needed, to three additional correctional facilities.
