Standard Recovery - India (Follow-on)

The EXIM Bank is providing a notice of intent to issue a sole source follow-on award to provide asset protection and recovery services. The services will include asset searches, site visits, negotiations, litigation, documentation of agreements, embargoing assets, and executing upon assets. The contract will be performed in India and the Netherlands, as well as at the EXIM Bank in Washington, D.C. The contractor will be required to assist EXIM in its efforts to collect outstanding amounts owed to EXIM by the obligor/buyer and all guarantors. • The contract is for a follow-on award to provide asset protection and recovery services. • The services will include asset searches, site visits, negotiations, litigation, and more. • The contract will be performed in multiple locations, including India and the Netherlands. • The contractor will be required to assist EXIM in its efforts to collect outstanding amounts owed to EXIM.
