The actuator required is a Halogen 3400.14-DNF Eclipse Actuator, Tank/Cylinder Installation Training Unit, which is non-operational and for installation training purposes only. Vendors may also propose "equal" products, but they must provide technical information and specifications to demonstrate that the products meet the same form and function as the specified actuator. The City reserves the right to make the award based on availability and best lead-time.
