The selected vendor will be required to provide a comprehensive quote that includes all costs associated with the event, including setup and support fees. The AGO is looking for a vendor with experience in hosting medium-scale conferences and the ability to provide a welcoming and professional setting for the attendees. • The conference will be a one-day event. • The venue must be fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) across all event spaces. • The vendor must provide information on accessibility and amenities, including parking and audio-visual services. • The AGO reserves the right to negotiate all terms associated with this solicitation. • The award will be made to the vendor that offers the lowest priced responsible and responsive submission.
