Venue and Services for the 2026 Elder Abuse Awareness Day Conference

The Ohio Attorney General’s Office is seeking a venue and related services for the 2026 World Elder Abuse Awareness Day Conference to be held in June 2026 in the greater Columbus, Ohio area. The conference is expected to have approximately 220-300 attendees and will require a ballroom, breakout rooms, audio-visual equipment, catering services, and other amenities. The selected vendor will be required to provide a comprehensive quote that includes all costs associated with the event, including setup and support fees. The AGO is looking for a vendor with experience in hosting medium-scale conferences and the ability to provide a welcoming and professional setting for the attendees. • The conference will be a one-day event. • The venue must be fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) across all event spaces. • The vendor must provide information on accessibility and amenities, including parking and audio-visual services. • The AGO reserves the right to negotiate all terms associated with this solicitation. • The award will be made to the vendor that offers the lowest priced responsible and responsive submission.
