Description

The General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing an RFQ for the purchase of Volkswagen Atlas sport‑utility vehicles. The Government will award a single contract for a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 30 vehicles, with the exact quantity determined at award based on need and funding. Vendors must be registered in SAM.gov and submit a quotation by 4:45 PM EST on 21 September 2026. Quotations are to be sent via email to the issuing office. Pricing must be quoted on a unit‑price basis (FOB Destination) and the award will be based on the lowest evaluated unit price. The solicitation includes requirements for vehicle color, delivery schedule, and compliance with technical specifications. All required SF‑18 blocks must be completed, and the quotation package is limited to 20 pages (1 page for each required document). Preference may be given to vendors exceeding the specifications. • Minimum quantity: 20 VW Atlas vehicles • Maximum quantity: 30 vehicles (award may be any quantity between 20‑30) • Submission deadline: 21 Sep 2026, 4:45 PM EST (email) • Evaluation: Lowest evaluated unit price per vehicle • Delivery: FOB Destination; delivery dates are a significant evaluation factor • Required registration: SAM.gov • Required forms: Complete SF‑18 (blocks 8, 13, 14, 15, 16) and attach all required pages (1‑8) • Contact: Malik Addo ([email protected])

Budget estimate

$700,000 – $1,200,000

Based on publicly available MSRP for a VW Atlas (approximately $35,000 – $40,000 per vehicle) and the solicitation’s quantity range (20‑30 units), the total contract value is estimated between $700,000 and $1,200,000. The lower bound assumes the base model at $35,000 × 20 = $700,000; the upper bound assumes a higher‑trim model at $40,000 × 30 = $1,200,000. The actual award will depend on the negotiated unit price and the final quantity awarded (anywhere between 20 and 30 units).
