VENDING SERVICES

The Pulaski County Purchasing Department is seeking proposals for vending services. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing and maintaining vending machines at various locations throughout the county, including the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility, Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, and Pulaski County Election Commission. The vendor must provide a variety of snack and drink options, including mixed variety of candy, chips, pastries, microwaveable meals, and beverages. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that best meets the needs of the county. Key points to consider: • The vendor must comply with Pulaski County Ordinance 15-OR-25, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of various factors. • The vendor must provide proof of insurance prior to receiving the official award letter. • The vendor must attend a mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit on 6/24/2026. • The vendor must submit their proposal by 7/14/2026 02:00:00 PM (CT). • The county reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to accept proposals on materials or equipment with variations from specifications.
