26-064 Pre-Qualified Title Search Services Providers (CDBG, CDBG-DR, HOME, and SHIP)

The City of Pensacola Housing Department is seeking qualified, licensed, and insured title search service providers to perform real‑estate title work for properties participating in federally and state‑funded housing programs (CDBG, CDBG‑DR, HOME, SHIP) and for vacant or undeveloped parcels. This is a non‑exclusive, as‑needed contract; the city may award multiple contracts or none at all. • Provide comprehensive title searches, reports, and related documentation for eligible properties. • Serve a variety of housing programs requiring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. • Work on an as‑needed basis; assignments will vary in size, complexity, and site conditions.
