Addendum No. 1 - Request for Bid Water Treatment Plant Replenishment of Anthracite Filter Media

The City of Muskogee is seeking a qualified vendor to supply and install anthracite filter media for its municipal water‑treatment plant. The media must meet AWWA standards and achieve a uniformity coefficient of ≤ 1.7. The contract will require a 100 % performance bond and comprehensive liability insurance.
