Pinecone collection at FTIC in Idabel

The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture is seeking bids for the collection of pinecones at the FTIC Seed Orchard in Idabel. The successful bidder will be required to furnish services to collect pinecone seed. The bid must be structured in separate, labelled, and easily identifiable sections using the bid packet format provided. The bidder must also submit a completed Responding Bidder Information form and any other required forms. * The bid must include a cover page with the solicitation number and bidder information. * The bidder must submit a certificate of insurance showing proof of compliance with the Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Act. * The bidder must certify that they are not presently debarred, suspended, or proposed for debarment by any federal, state, or local department or agency. * The bidder must provide a detailed description of their company, including the length of time they have been in business, company size and organization, and core competency. * The bidder must provide a list of any portions of the bid that they request to be held confidential. * The bidder must submit a completed Certification for Competitive Bid and/or Contract (Non-Collusion Certification) form.
